All parents and caregivers need support and guidance as children grow and develop. We all know that children don’t come with instruction manuals and many times parents find themselves at a loss as children enter new stages of development. Columbia County Family Center’s Active Parenting sessions provide parents and caregivers with the necessary skills, knowledge and support needed to help them successfully navigate their children through the ever changing phases of life. Parenting class instructors guide parents and caregivers through the Active Parenting 4^th Edition curriculum and equip them with the resources that they need to raise safe, healthy and responsible children.
